This masterclass examines how artificial intelligence is reshaping hiring in the tech industry. With AI making code generation easier, employers are shifting focus from pure output to candidates' ability to understand, evaluate and take ownership of the code they produce. We look at what traditional coding tests can and cannot reveal, outline emerging assessment formats now seen in technical hiring, and describe the behaviours and signals that help candidates stand out in an AI-influenced recruitment process.
